| We are sure you will be happy with your KELimages print. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your print, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Prints must be returned in suitable protective packaging. It is recommended that you contact us prior to returning your print. | ||

| KELimages guarantees that your print(s) will be provided on the highest quality paper and printed at the highest photographic resolution that your choice of paper will allow. Your prints are guaranteed not to fade with time. To avoid discolouration (especially by cigarette smoke), it is recommended that you frame the print with glass cover prior to displaying it. | ||
